Villas Valriche is a luxury residential estate consisting of 288 freehold Mauritian plantation-style detached villas with shingle roofs, set in approximately 106 hectares of lush landscaped grounds. The estate surrounds the existing Peter Matkovich designed, 18-hole championship golf course, which is set in a further 104 hectares.
There are 22 different villa designs to choose in single and double storey configurations, offering 2 bedroom villas of 200m² up to 3 or 4 bedroom villas in excess of 400m². The plots vary in size from 700m² to over 3,000m² and nearly all will have uninterrupted panoramic golf and/or sea views.

Key Investment Factors
The principal development company of Villas Valriche falls within the Roger's Group, one of Mauritius' top listed entities. Historically one of the largest sugar cane landowners on the island, now a widely diversified corporate in the property development, aviation (Air Mauritius), hotel (Beachcomber Hotels and Veranda Resorts), tourism (Mautourco) and financial services sectors.
The principal developers of Villas Valriche have historically owned the land, as well as vast tracts of land adjoining Villas Valriche in the Bel Ombre region. The developers have put into affect an integrated leisure development plan for the Bel Ombre region as a whole. Where 4 years ago there area was just under sugar, there are now 6 operational, world class hotels, a championship golf course and the islands only par 3 golf course and much more.
Before 1 of the Villas Valriche properties was sold, the golf course was paid for and fully completed to the highest standards, as was the Heritage Hotel and Le Telfair Hotel. There were no 'promises' of what was 'hopefully' to be done in the future and no selling of a 'dream' pending levels of 'pre-sales' etc. The Developer had the passion, confidence and financial means to put in place millions of dollars of capital investment before selling one property at Villas Valriche.
The net effect; Villas Valriche is arguably the lowest risk IRS investment on the island, yet one with immense reward as has already been experienced by Phase 1 investors.
That said, villas are on extremely large stands in this low density development, home sizes are very generous, views from the elevated hillside homes overlooking the golf course and sea are breathtaking. Pricing is extremely competitive.
