Referral Commission Structure

The referral commission structure for each and every referral agent of Espral International will be detailed in each agent's referral agreement. The commission structures are subject to change on adequate notice by Espral International and may also differ for the different IRS projects on offer. Referral Agent supplies a Qualified Lead

Where the Referral Agent supplies Espral International with a qualified, new lead that converts into a binding sale within 6 months of supply of the lead, the referral agent will be paid up to 6% referral commission on the Deed of Sale Price of the sale in question.

Referral Agent Undertakes a Training Course

Where the Referral Agent undertakes a training course with Espral International in Johannesburg and learns how to complete the sales process directly with the buyer (with diminishing Espral International support over time), the commission on each and every sale is automatically doubled to 1%.

Sales performace based incentives for Referral Agents

Sales performance based incentives, above and beyond the above baseline commission structures, are also contractually offered to each and every Referral Agent.
